Dear Mike,
From the bottom of our hearts my family join me in thanking you for guiding us through this difficult time. From our first meeting your kindly approach put us at ease. You took things efficiently in hand from the start, taking great care in the arrangements for such things as:
collection of documents from the hospital, appointment with the registrar, flowers and music within minutes of our arrival.
But nothing was rushed. All as done with a strong awareness of why we were there. Noticed and much appreciated, was how you time to pass a few special words of comfort to our young grandson. At the funeral itself, you guided us through the procedure, with great sensitivity and with a tremendous perception of how we must all be feeling. So comforting it was, as we took that difficult walk towards the chapel, to see your two girls stood at the bottom of the corridor. They emitted grace, peace and calm; elements essential in such events.
You came highly recommended, you will be recommended again.
